We are often asked questions on what services we provide. We have listed some of the most common questions you might have to help you in your decision making.
Do I have to lock into a regular garden maintenance contract with Breeze Property Maintenance?
No. Breeze Property Maintenance has no contracts. If you would like us to come to your house once for a general garden tidy up or to do some mulching and fertalising, we are happy to do this. If you would like us to come once a fortnight or once a month we are happy to fit into your needs.
Do you look after Strata complexes and corporate gardens?
Yes. We already service a number of Strata complexes in the Gosford and Terrigal regions on the Central Coast. We also service garden areas and the surrounds of Corporate complexes to help keep a clean and tidy impression to their clients.
Do you service and maintain acreages?
Yes. We have many acreages that we maintain in the Matcham, Holgate and Tumbi Umbi area already. We pride ourselves on attention to detail in all our jobs large or small.

Do you remove tree clippings and lawn rubbish once you have finished?
Yes. We can take all the rubbish from your garden tidy up to the tip and dispose of it.

Do you mow lawns?
Yes we mow lawns. Our services are not limited to lawn mowing though. Mowing your lawns can be your only service or it can be part of your overall property maintenance of weeding, mulching, hedging, fertilising, trimming etc.

Do you build retaining walls or do paving and landscaping jobs?
Yes. Breeze Property Maintenance is comitted to providing excellent service in the garden and Property Maintenance area. Therefore we are only able to commit to small paving and landscaping jobs and moderate sized retaining walls. Phil has over 15 years experience as a landscaper and prior to developing his Property Maintenance business he owned a well established Landscaping business.

Can you help me with choosing the right plants for my garden?
Yes. Phil is a qualified Horticulturalist and has had many years experience with the soil conditions of the Central Coast. We can help you choose the right plants for sandy soil or for clay soil. If you are looking for fast growing plants we can recomend what will work best for your particular soil conditions. If you would like us to give you advice on designing your garden we can also help with this.

Do you charge an hourly rate or a fixed price?
We can do either, depending on your circumstances.
